Founded on personal experience and professional expertise, NBC Home Care was established by Natalie Berkeley-Charlotin, whose journey into home care was shaped by the loss of her father and mother-in-law within a short period of time. After facing firsthand the challenges of finding dependable care, she used her background in nursing and care management to create an agency centered on compassion, reliability, and dignity.
Since opening our doors in January 2021, during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, NBC Home Care has remained committed to supporting individuals who are homebound by providing the resources and care they need—without requiring them to leave the comfort of home.
